TRAINEE

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR FOR OUR TEAM!

Are you enthusiastic about new technologies and sustainable manufacturing? Trainees work with us on exciting topics of the future and thus experience the activities of product developers, production engineers or our engineers for buildings and technical building equipment up close. In the commercial apprenticeship, you will get to know the internal processes of a company and, together with the team, ensure that everything runs smoothly.

We see you as an important part of our team! With us, you have the best chance of being taken over after you have successfully completed your training.

All our trainees are firmly integrated into our team right from the start. A specialist trainer will be at your side during the entire training period. The combination of training and independent learning is an important part for us in order to provide you with the necessary knowledge.

Based on the curricula, we will work together to develop a step-by-step plan for your training. Following every loop, you will expand your expertise and skills through this combination of theory units and practical application.

STUDENTS

STRENGTHENING OF THEORY THROUGH PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE!

Are you planning or currently completing a technical or economic degree? And are you already thinking about how you can complement your sound scientific education with practical experience? Then we should get in touch with each other.

SWJ offers motivated students numerous opportunities to get a taste of practical experience, for example during an internship, as a working student, with a thesis or even through a dual study program.

So if you want to experience the fascination of engineering as a student and get an insight into a dynamic, modern company, then you should take a closer look at our offers.

During an internship at SWJ, you can use everything you already know theoretically to solve concrete tasks.

In this way, you will get to know the day-to-day business of a planning engineer and consultant first-hand and gain valuable experience for your professional future.

Perhaps we will also find out that we are a good fit for each other – and want to continue working together. Internships are also possible abroad according to personal preference.

We are always looking for motivated and interested working students.

At SWJ, you have the chance to work on a current project together with one of our teams and thus spice up your bachelor’s or master’s thesis with a strong dash of practice. The prerequisite for this is a topic that is not only interesting for science, but also for our work.
