SWJ Portugal Engineering Solutions is an SWJ company. This is where passion and customer orientation meet for the areas of software, hardware development and testing. 

Our software, hardware and testing developers mainly develop in the field of embedded systems. In this context, we are supporting our customers according to Automotive SPICE, agile methods and their customer-specific processes and tools.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager Office (m/w/d) in the field of engineering.

Deine Aufgaben

• Creation, maintenance and further development of project management standards
• Optimization and further development of the internal project management tool
• Training and coaching of project managers and sub-project managers with regard to internal applicable project standards
• Monitoring of compliance with project standards
• Administrative and operational support of the project teams in the application of the tools and methods

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or as an industrial engineer
• Professional experience in a comparable position or as a project manager in product development, preferably in the automotive industry
• Certifications, e.g. IPMA / GPM, and a great affinity for the use of digital project management tools are advantageous
• Routine handling of project management tools (MS Project), IT application programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI) and ALM programs (IBM Jazz, PTC Windchill RV&S) as well as ERP knowledge (SAP or comparable)
• Self-initiative and an independent way of working
• Assertive team player with healthy pragmatism
• Business fluent in English
