SWJ Portugal Engineering Solutions is an SWJ company. This is where passion and customer orientation meet for the areas of software, hardware development and testing. 

Our software, hardware and testing developers mainly develop in the field of embedded systems. In this context, we are supporting our customers according to Automotive SPICE, agile methods and their customer-specific processes and tools.

YOUR TASKS

The field of activity includes the provision of planning services in accordance with the HOAI service phases 1 to 9 in the field of sanitary, heating and/or ventilation technology (MEP):

• Development of supply and conditioning concepts for new construction, expansion and conversion projects of all building classes
• Design, dimensioning and coordination of complex construction projects
• Preparation of service specifications
• Planning taking into account aspects of sustainability and energy efficiency and in compliance with legal and official regulations
• End customer support, coordination with building owners
• Quality controls on the construction site
• Scheduling and Deadline Monitoring

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed engineering / economics studies with a focus on supply engineering or further training as a technician or master craftsman in supply technology
• Several years of professional experience in the field of building technology
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as HOAI and VOB
• Experience, knowledge of building construction, ELT and MSR is an advantage
• CAD knowledge
• Team player with a high level of motivation and enjoyment of challenging projects and tasks
• Initiative, strong communication skills and assertiveness, organizational skills and flexibility
• Confident appearance and professional handling of customers and craftsmen
• High willingness to work in a national environment
• Good knowledge of German and English, as well as confident handling of MS Office and MS Project
